Order Placement
When you place an order or pre-order through our website or any other authorized platform, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the specified book(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraud.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-orders, you agree to purchase the book at the listed price with the understanding that the product will be shipped when it becomes available. We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of the pre-order, but this is subject to change based on production, shipment delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pre-order products are not available for immediate delivery and may not be in stock at the time of the order.
Price and Taxes
The price of each book will be indicated at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars and may include applicable taxes, depending on the delivery destination. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred on international orders.
Payment Authorization
By placing an order or pre-order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total cost of the purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges related to the transaction. If payment cannot be processed due to issues with your payment method, your order may be canceled.
Pre-Order Payment
For pre-orders, payment is required at the time of placing the order. This ensures that the pre-order is secured for you once the product becomes available.
Should you opt for a payment plan, you will need to complete all payments before receiving your books.
Non-Refundable Orders
All book orders and pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Once an order or pre-order is placed, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds under any circumstances. This includes situations where you change your mind or experience any issues with delivery or fulfillment.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to an error on our part (e.g., product damage or unavailability of the book). Refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with the product or simply wish to cancel your order.
Shipping Timeline

Shipping Costs

Delivery Address Responsibility

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Bonus Claims
If your order includes any bonuses, free gifts, or special offers, you must claim these within 12 months from the date of your purchase. After this period, any unclaimed bonuses will be void, and no alternative offers will be provided.
